Founder of MDT, the world's only Magik IDE for Smallworld developers. Founder of Gislet, the world's first industrial mobile GIS with true offline mode. First investor in Rublon. Introduced Smalltalk to the Polish market. Former professor at University of Zielona Gora, Poland and Technical University Ilmenau, Germany, where he got his PhD in engineering. Spent many years in Germany specializing in object-oriented technologies: Smalltalk programming, analysis, and design, developing complex systems in Smalltalk, subsequently Java. Ran training courses for German industry and financial institutions within the scope of object-orientation. Worked on projects for AEG, Versicherungskammer Bayern, and Siemens, amongst others.
